Policies & Guidelines

Before making a reservation, we encourage all guests to review our campground policies. These guidelines help ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone. From check-in procedures to pet rules, understanding our policies in advance helps make your stay at BJ’s Campground as smooth and comfortable as possible.

We want to make your stay is both pleasant and comfortable. If you need any information, please feel free to inquire at the Park Office. Please help us make your stay here more enjoyable through your cooperation with the following these rules:

Check-In
  • Check-in after 1 p.m. on the day of arrival. Early check-in may be available by contacting the Park office prior to arrival.
Check-Out
  • Check-out before 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Please make arrangements prior to 10 a.m. if staying an extra night. Late check-out may be available by contacting the Park Office prior to 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Quiet Hours
  • Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Tables
  • Each campsite has a dedicated picnic table. No picnic tables shall be relocated. No BBQ/grills on picnic tables. No fires are permitted in the Park.
Care of Campsite
  • Large area outdoor rugs and tarps are prohibited on campsites. A small mat (24" x 24" maximum) is allowed at the base of your stairs.
Registered Guests
  • Registered guests are responsible for all conduct of everyone in their party.
Vehicles (Park Staff reserves the right to limit additional vehicles per campsite)
  • No parking on grass. No washing of vehicles in the Park. No charging of electric vehicles in the Park. The speed limit is 5 MPH.
Visitors (Park Staff reserves the right to limit additional vehicles per campsite)
  • Registered guests must notify the Park Office of any visitors. Registered guests are responsible for conduct of their visitors. No visitors are allowed to stay overnight in the Park without registering an RV or paying for a campsite.
Children
  • Parents/guardians are responsible at all times for their children’s safety and behavior. Please supervise small children in showers and restrooms, and do not allow children to play in the roadway.
Laundry
  • There is a coin-operated laundry available at the Park. No clothes lines are permitted in the Park.
Pets
  • Pets are welcome in the Park as long as they are not a nuisance to other guests or neighbors of the Park. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended at the campsite. Pets may not be tethered to utility fixtures, picnic tables, trees or fences. Pet waste must be immediately picked up by the pet owner.
Restrooms and Showers
  • Restrooms and shower facilities are available. Use of facilities are at your own risk. Pets and the washing of dishes are prohibited in the restrooms.
No Smoking or Vaping
  • No smoking or vaping is allowed inside any Park facilities.
Garbage
  • Help us stay clean by depositing all garbage in the dumpsters located throughout the Park.
Generators
  • No running of generators in the Park.
Flags
  • No flags are allowed to be displayed in the Park.
After-Hours Assistance/Security
  • Please contact the Park manager at (307) 334-2314 for assistance. We are not responsible for theft or accidents. We encourage use of water pressure regulators and electrical surge protectors. We are not responsible for any damage to your water or electrical systems.
Rig Length Selection
  • Guest is required to select the correct rig length for their reservation. Park Office reserves the right to correct the rig length and make any adjustments to the rate charged.
Deposit, Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Guests who purchase travel protection will have full payment processed 14 days before check-in. Guests who do not purchase travel protection will have full payment processed 24 hours prior to check-in. Cancellations must be processed through the travel protection available for purchase at the time of reservation. No refunds are available.
